DESIGN BUSINESS BOOTCAMP
Bootcamp is for interior designers with strong creative work, but a messy business.

Let's be honest
You're good at design. The problem is everything around it. The business layer design school never taught you. Some of this may sound familiar...
Most designers only fix this when they're already in panic. Bootcamp is where you fix it before.
IMAGINE, INSTEAD...
Lead generation you run each day so enquiries land every month.
The exact workflow, phases, checklists and templates behind a profitable residential practice.
Fee models, proposals and sales language that win high paying clients without being salesy.
The curriculum
Bootcamp follows the way a real design project runs, from first enquiry through to handover, project close and post-project marketing. Each module gives you the strategy, workflow and templates to build the next part of your business as you go.
Set the foundations for getting better-fit enquiries before the project process begins. You define your core services, sharpen your niche and client avatar, review your website and Instagram presence, then build a simple lead generation system using inbound content and outbound outreach.
Build the operating system for your design business. You set up your Design Business Operating System, SOPs, checklists, scripts, templates, tech stack and digital filing system, so your studio has one organised backend instead of scattered documents, notes and decisions.
Create a pricing and sales system that gives you more confidence before a client ever signs. You learn the sales skills designers need, choose a pricing model, use the pricing calculator, build a sales funnel, set up your client project tracker and start tracking your leads properly.
Set up the front end of your client experience. You build your studio portfolio, create a paid consultation pathway, decide what to charge, set up online booking and map the workflow for handling a new enquiry from first contact.
Turn your consultation into a clear, paid, professional first step. You learn the purpose of the consult, how to prepare, how to run it, how to stay safe during solo site visits and how the consultation fits into the full client workflow.
Build the system for turning consults into paid projects. You create your fee proposal template, quote projects using your pricing calculator, prepare proposals, diagnose why clients may not convert, prepare contract appendices and map the workflow for sending the contract.
Create a professional onboarding experience after the contract is signed. You set up the backend for a new client, create the client welcome pack, build the onboarding questionnaire, record a welcome Loom, run the kick-off meeting and complete the existing conditions survey.
Build a structured concept phase that clients can understand and approve. You learn how to start concept development, create your design concept template, deliver the concept, handle client feedback, manage scope creep and follow a clear workflow for the full concept phase.
Create the systems and templates for a cleaner documentation phase. You learn how to start documentation, create your documentation package, build the FF&E template, deliver your documents, manage the full documentation workflow and decide when documentation should be outsourced.
Understand your role once the project moves into construction. You learn how to start the construction phase, work with builders and contractors, run site visits, manage defecting and use a clear workflow for staying involved without becoming the builder.
Plan and run the install phase with more control. You learn how to start install and styling, create the furniture schedule, prepare the client handover pack, plan install day, run install day and follow a repeatable install workflow.
Finish projects properly instead of letting them drift. You learn how to complete formal handover, provide aftercare and follow-up, run the project completion workflow, complete a post-project debrief and manage service recovery if something goes wrong.
Turn completed projects into future leads. You learn how to market after a project, photograph the work, update your website and portfolio, pitch the project to media, request testimonials and reviews, and bring the full Bootcamp system together.
Running alongside every module
While the main modules follow a real design project from enquiry to handover, Bootcamp also gives you two daily implementation tracks: lead generation and content creation.
That means you are not just improving your pricing, systems and client process. You are also building the habits that bring better clients into the business.
Bootcamp does not leave lead generation as something you do later, when enquiries dry up.
Across the program, you build a daily lead generation habit alongside the main curriculum. You set up a partner and outreach tracker, add new leads each week, contact warm prospects, reconnect with past clients, build supplier and trade relationships, reach out to local partners, and keep a clear record of every opportunity.
With this system you learn how to create more referral paths, follow up properly, use your network, contact aligned businesses and keep leads moving before you need them.
By the end of Bootcamp, you have a working lead tracker, a stronger local network, a clearer outreach routine and a practical system for finding clients consistently.
Bootcamp also includes a daily content system, so marketing stops being random.
Each module includes content tasks that help you turn your process, opinions, projects and client education into useful marketing. You set up a content calendar, build a content matrix, use daily prompts, create branded Instagram templates, practise short-form video, write better captions, create pinned posts, build story highlights and turn your design process into content clients can understand.
You will learn how to explain the value of professional design, show how you work, educate better-fit clients and build trust before someone enquires.
By the end of Bootcamp, you have a repeatable content habit, a bank of strong posts and a clearer system for showing up without starting from scratch every week.

WHO YOU'LL BE LEARNING FROM
I have a PhD in business and worked in the corporate sector before starting my residential interior design studio in 2013. I ran it successfully for 6 years then began teaching designers how to run theirs.
Since then I've generated more than $13 million with no staff and taught over 52,000 paying students. I know how to run a design business and Bootcamp is the only program where I unpack all of it, directly with you.
This is the only program where you get 1:1 access to me. That is the biggest benefit of Bootcamp and it's why it works.

STILL NOT SURE?
By the end of Bootcamp you'll have real direction on your business and all the systems, checklists and frameworks you need to keep growing.
Busy is the best time to improve your business. Building a better backend and better systems will free up your time. The work we do in Bootcamp is what you should be doing each day anyway, it's not an extra. I'll help you cut out what doesn't matter and you can focus on what does. It will save you time in the long run.
The lessons themselves are short. Most of the time goes into actually applying it to your business. Allow an hour or so a day but since it's business work I show you how to fit it into your day. It's about learning to work "on" your business at the same time as working "in" it.
Most designers in Bootcamp have been in business three to ten years. Designing isn't your problem, the business is. That's exactly what we fix together.
Bootcamp works for designers about to launch as well as established studios. If you're just getting started now is the best time to take Bootcamp as you'll be set up for success when clients start coming in.
It's async messaging, so you're not stuck on Q&As waiting for your question to get answered. Send me your question whenever it comes up and I normally get back to you within a few hours (or a bit longer if I'm asleep :)). I will explain how this works once you join.
Yes you keep lifetime access to all the materials and any future updates. You can revisit any module any time. You can ask me questions any time.
You can go at your own pace, but it's designed to be worked through daily over about 12 weeks. You get tasks to tick off each day that keep your business moving forward. Twelve weeks keeps it manageable around your current client work and it helps you build habits around lead generation and content. You can't fix a business in a weekend, it will take time and I've paced it in a way that's manageable around your current work with clients.
In most countries, yes. Check with your accountant.
Bootcamp is for interior designers from all over the world including USA, UK, Australia, NZ, Europe, South Africa or wherever you are from. I have students all over the world and Bootcamp works for everyone.
